• Lead and develop a regional team of Technical Architects, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to ensure professional growth and delivery excellence. • Oversee architecture delivery for customer implementations, ensuring solutions align with Coupa standards, client requirements, and industry best practices. • Drive consistency and scalability by aligning regional activities with the global TA practice — including hiring, onboarding, and continuous capability development. • Partner cross-functionally with Services, Product, Customer Success, and Sales to support both delivery and strategic pre-sales efforts when architectural confidence is key to closing opportunities. • Promote innovation by developing reusable integration components, accelerators, automation tools, and governance frameworks that improve quality and efficiency. • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical and architectural issues, guiding teams to effective and scalable resolutions. • Lead and participate in consulting-wide initiatives, contributing to strategic programs that enhance delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and customer success across the Services organization. • Ensure measurable outcomes through strong delivery KPIs, including customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, solution quality, and architectural compliance. • Foster a culture of excellence by modeling Coupa’s core values — ensuring customer success, focusing on results, and striving for excellence in every engagement.
