Job Description
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to generate insurance quotes and close new business
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships
• Educate clients on coverage options and tailor policies to meet their needs
• Achieve and exceed sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License required
- 1+ years of insurance sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with sales and CRM software tools
