• Lead capture strategy and technical solutioning for pursuits in your former mission area • Build client relationships, shape pipelines, and oversee program start-up and execution • Mentor emerging staff and integrate best practices across Blueprint • Provide program-office insights, solution guidance, and red-team feedback for specific bids • Co-author sections that align with your expertise • Participate in customer briefings as needed • Support transition planning and, upon award, assume a defined billable or leadership role
