Job Description
• Convert 'repair walk' opportunities into new appliance sales
• Provide quotes and follow up with customers directly
• Coordinate delivery, installation, and haul-away services
• Recruit and manage the install and delivery team
• Work with vendors to select and procure appliances
• Track sales metrics, gross margin, and conversion rate performance
• Report on team performance and identify improvement areas
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in appliance, retail, or home service sales
- Customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
- Experience with logistics or field staff coordination preferred
- Able to work independently and hit performance targets
- Basic skills in spreadsheets and CRM systems
- Experience hiring and managing field staff a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, communications or other relevant majors preferred
- P&L management experience preferred
- Sales/distribution experience preferred
- Deep appliance knowledge preferred
