Job Description
• Lead the end-to-end design process across internal operational tools and customer-facing experiences
• Help set the vision for the future of Thistle’s products
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
• Use quantitative and qualitative user data to build well-crafted products
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience working for a high-growth company is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience launching and iterating on successful products
- Experience with manufacturing software is a plus
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Intermediate SQL and Excel experience is a strong plus
