• Responsible for entering and growing the market for Veeva LIMS for industries beyond life sciences • Operate in a customer-facing capacity to deliver tangible business outcomes for both Veeva and the industries we serve • Build and nurture executive-level relationships across Quality, QC, R&D, and IT • Provide business and technical guidance to the product team to drive innovation in laboratory informatics • Develop go-to-market strategy, messaging, and enablement for customer adoption and long-term success • Coordinate across Sales, Services, and Product to ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer experience • Represent Veeva at industry conferences, webinars, and through published thought leadership • Build and manage relationships with partners, influencers, and industry associations
