• Identify and diagnose issues in the SAP system • Perform root cause analysis to correct faults and prevent recurrence • Manage and resolve SAP-related incidents within agreed timeframes • Document incidents and solutions for future reference • Implement fixes to correct errors found in the system • Test and validate corrections to ensure they do not introduce additional issues • Create and maintain support documentation and operational procedures • Propose and implement SAP system improvements to meet new business requirements • Perform system upgrades and updates to incorporate new features and improvements
