Job Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience in Talent Development, Learning, Organizational Effectiveness, or related fields.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally within a mid-to-large company or high-growth SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide learning, culture and talent development strategy.
- Proven experience driving AI transformation, digital enablement, or future work programs.
- Strong understanding of AI tools, analytics, and emerging technologies relevant to workforce transformation.
- Strong project leadership, business acumen, and change management capabilities.
- Familiarity with assessment tools, learning platforms, and performance systems.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or relevant certifications preferred.
