Job Description
• Lead lifecycle planning for existing product lines, identifying opportunities for enhancement, refresh, or derivative product extensions.
• Support the definition and prioritization of product requirements based on market trends, customer feedback, and clinical insights.
• Translate unmet customer needs into product feature requirements and value propositions that inform the roadmap.
• Partner with Product Management and R&D to assess trade-offs between clinical, technical, and commercial considerations.
• Own commercialization planning and launch execution for new hardware, software, and feature releases.
• Develop compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and field tools that position Tablo for success across customer segments.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness between Sales, Clinical, and Marketing Communications.
• Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to identify trends, risks, and whitespace opportunities.
• Create actionable insights that guide portfolio prioritization, pricing strategies, and positioning.
• Define and track success metrics for product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Evaluate product performance post-launch, identifying levers to increase utilization, satisfaction, and revenue.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6–8 years of experience in medical device marketing or product management, preferably with capital equipment or healthcare technology.
- Proven success supporting upstream product planning and downstream commercialization in complex healthcare environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; adept at turning insights into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills across technical and commercial teams.
- Highly organized, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua).
- Willingness to travel up to 25–35%.
