• Own and manage a pipeline of global enterprise clients • Lead the technical onboarding of clients • Develop implementation plans and perform feature gap analyses • Capture client feedback and communicate it to product and support teams • Build domain knowledge and become a subject matter expert • Troubleshoot ongoing implementation issues • Manage project timelines and deliverables • Track post-sales metrics for successful launches
