• Lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting (annual, quarterly, and monthly). • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to provide financial insights that drive decision-making. • Develop financial models to support business strategy, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. • Prepare and present financial reports, investor updates, and board materials. • Support strategic initiatives, including M&A activity, new product development, and pricing strategy. • Manage and mentor the part-time Senior Accountant, who will own AR, month-end close, and financial reporting. • Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and best practices in accounting processes. • Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and financial health. • Oversee company spend, ensuring alignment with budgets and strategic priorities. • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes.
