Job Description

• Supporting developers daily by debugging issues and guiding them through onboarding • Collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams • Driving user success by ensuring developers can efficiently launch their apps • Building tooling and processes to make troubleshooting faster • Identifying recurring blockers and implementing targeted improvements

Job Requirements

2-3 years of experience in an engineering or technical role
Comfortable with either iOS (Swift / Objective-C) or Android (Java / Kotlin)
Grasp of app development and release processes
Ability to debug code with minimal info
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Empathetic towards the developer journey
