Job Description

• Set the creative direction for live event graphics, from concept through execution. • Guide design and animation across broadcast, streaming, and promotional ecosystems. • Provide peer-to-peer creative leadership, nurturing talent, inspiring innovation, and raising the bar for design excellence across teams. • Evaluate, select, and guide external vendors and contractors—ensuring strategic partnerships that deliver world-class creative for live events. • Develop scalable, best-in-class design systems and brand frameworks that extend beyond the event, influencing marketing and product experiences. • Lead teams in creating graphics systems, animation packages, and editorial workflows that are both innovative and built to last.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in a creative studio, media organization, or broadcast environment.
  • Proven portfolio of industry-leading work that drives impact.
  • Both hands-on expertise in design and motion, and practical leadership experience.
  • Experience implementing and executing insert, wraparound, virtual, and studio graphics for live events, content packages, and feature segments.
  • Advanced knowledge of graphic design, motion graphics, animation, compositing, and associated software.
  • Ability to translate brand DNA into live graphics systems that connect seamlessly with marketing and product.
  • Deep understanding of live television deliverables and workflows.
  • Strong leadership presence, with comfort presenting to executives and leading large-scale projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
