• Build the operating rhythm: Run company-wide OKRs, quarterly planning, QBRs, and exec reviews; ensure on-time, decision-oriented forums • Own the company scorecard: Define the KPI taxonomy, align owners and thresholds, ensure data freshness/quality, and publish weekly/Monthly Business Review (MBR) packs • Design & scale systems: Partner with Data Eng/Analytics to define KPI taxonomy, data models/pipelines & SLAs; ship BI dashboards that drive decisions and accountability. • Analysis → insight → action: Lead root-cause analyses (pipeline health, churn/retention, unit economics, product adoption), synthesize recommendations, and drive follow-through • Translate strategy into execution: form hypotheses, validate with data, then drive a plan (owners, milestones, leading/lagging KPIs); own a segment end-to-end and tie it to company strategy. • Partner cross-functionally: With RevOps (forecasting & funnel), Finance (budget/ROI), Product/Eng (delivery & quality), CS (retention/health), and Marketing (demand), and the executive team on priority business analyses and decisions • Raise the bar: Codify playbooks, improve meeting hygiene, and embed performance discipline across teams
