Job Description
• Support Operations Finance processes within the existing RTX/RTN SAP ERP instance and boundary systems
• Analyze complex business processes and provide technical solutions to optimize financial operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Manufacturing, and DT, to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions
• Support SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
• Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge sharing to internal DT Teams
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices
• Create Functional Specifications based on Business Unit Requests
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of related experience, preferably in the Aerospace & Defense industry
- Knowledge of technical solution development process and system integration techniques
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 application development and testing
- Strong understanding of financial processes and integration points in an ERP environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
