Job Description

• Support Performance, Onboarding, Support, and Sales to achieve our business goals. • Performance resource to answer questions, resolve customer concerns, configure solutions to meet customer needs, and to train customers to utilize the solution effectively. • Implementation resource to onboard solutions that meet customer needs and to educate customers on the proper usage of solutions. • Support resource to review support tickets/calls, diagnosis issues, and resolve with a project manager style focus and ownership. • Sales resource to deliver targeted and impactful demonstrations. Uncover opportunities and submit leads to Sales while performing Performance, Onboarding and Support functions. • Establish and maintain subject matter expert status for at least one dealership area (Variable Operations, General Operations including Accounting, or Fixed Operations). • Stay current with industry trends to leverage and support our business goals. • Acquire competitive solution knowledge to enhance and increase our unique benefits. • Assist in internal solution, industry, and competitive intelligence training. • Assist in product feedback and enhancement requests.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of automotive software experience, representing a similar portfolio with proven results.
  • DMS knowledge is key; familiarity with dealership management systems and their workflows is essential for success in this role.
  • Must be able to work across multiple disciplines from Performance, Onboarding, Support, and Sales in support of our business goals.
  • Must be able to establish and maintain a strong business relationship with customer stakeholders and decision makers.
  • A solid understanding of a customer’s key business drivers.
  • Project management style focus to ensure customers achieve their desired business results.
  • A powerful desire to solve challenges and win.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and internal tools (SFDC, ZenDesk, Teams, Excel, etc.) skills.
  • Remote, field based role with approximately 50%+ of your time in the field working onsite with clients.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in career experience.
