Job Description

• Support Performance, Onboarding, Support, and Sales to achieve our business goals. • Performance resource to answer questions, resolve customer concerns, configure solutions to meet customer needs, and to train customers to utilize the solution effectively. • Implementation resource to onboard solutions that meet customer needs and to educate customers on the proper usage of solutions. • Support resource to review support tickets/calls, diagnosis issues, and resolve with a project manager style focus and ownership. • Sales resource to deliver targeted and impactful demonstrations. Uncover opportunities and submit leads to Sales while performing Performance, Onboarding and Support functions. • Establish and maintain subject matter expert status for at least one dealership area (Variable Operations, General Operations including Accounting, or Fixed Operations). • Stay current with industry trends to leverage and support our business goals. • Acquire competitive solution knowledge to enhance and increase our unique benefits. • Assist in internal solution, industry, and competitive intelligence training. • Assist in product feedback and enhancement requests.

Job Requirements

5+ years of automotive software experience, representing a similar portfolio with proven results.
DMS knowledge is key; familiarity with dealership management systems and their workflows is essential for success in this role.
Must be able to work across multiple disciplines from Performance, Onboarding, Support, and Sales in support of our business goals.
Must be able to establish and maintain a strong business relationship with customer stakeholders and decision makers.
A solid understanding of a customer’s key business drivers.
Project management style focus to ensure customers achieve their desired business results.
A powerful desire to solve challenges and win.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and internal tools (SFDC, ZenDesk, Teams, Excel, etc.) skills.
Remote, field based role with approximately 50%+ of your time in the field working onsite with clients.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in career experience.
