• Configuring, testing, and implementing changes to Recruitment systems
• Providing Avature BAU support and troubleshooting
• Implementing new features and enhancements in Avature
• Driving the support and regression testing
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in IT Services
- Strong experience with Avature Recruitment System
- Proficient with other systems like Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Oracle
- Strong functional and/or Techno-functional knowledge in recruitment and onboarding modules
- Excellent business analysis skills and stakeholder management
