• Lead and manage end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. • Conduct requirement gathering, system configuration, unit testing, UAT coordination, and end-user training. • Provide post–go-live support to ensure stability and continuous system improvement. • Set up company structure, new subsidiaries, accounting features, and enable relevant modules. • Customize NetSuite forms, dashboards, workflows, and scripts to meet business needs. • Create and manage revenue recognition rules, item configuration, and custom records. • Strong understanding and hands-on experience across core business cycles, including: Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Record to Report (R2R), Fixed Assets Management, Inventory Management, Dunning and Collections Management. • Perform data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, and loading. • Manage integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using middleware or native connectors. • Administer NetSuite roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure security and segregation of duties. • Maintain audit compliance and support internal/external audits. • Design, configure, and manage workflows to automate approvals and streamline business processes. • Work closely with finance, supply chain, operations, and IT to translate business requirements into system solutions. • Provide ongoing system optimization, troubleshooting, and user support.
