Job Description
• Perform telephonic comprehensive medication reviews
• Update patient profiles based on information gathered during the review
• Discuss any Drug Therapy Problems to optimize patient’s drug therapy and minimize the potential for adverse drug reactions
• Work with multidisciplinary team to enhance and develop our Optimize software
• Complete at least 2 CMRs per hour
• Assist Clinical team in meeting proficiency and quality goals
• Establish positive partnerships across business groups both inside and outside of the organization
Job Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree, or equivalent
- Active, unrestricted Pharmacy license
- Secure high-speed internet access (Preferable Ethernet connection)
- Must speak Mandarin or Cantonese
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding telephone skills and etiquette
- Excellent clinical and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Working knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
