• Place outbound calls through our VOIP telephone software
• Explain the study's purpose, answer questions, address concerns
• Read the computer-based scripted questions clearly and verbatim
• Accurately record answers into Excel databases
• Clarify vague or unclear responses
• Invite qualified respondents and record their information
Job Requirements
- Excellent reading, listening, and verbal communication skills
- Dependability and professionalism
- Good computer skills
- A quiet work environment in your home, free from distractions
- A home computer (desktop, laptop)
- A web browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc)
- A good internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps and download speed of 40 Mbps
- A personal mobile phone
- Webcam, microphone, speakers
