• Plan, organize, and lead the process of closing the vacancy as a project manager • Organize and moderate high-quality and prompt communication within the hiring project team • Facilitate the design of the assessment process and tools, when necessary • Assess competencies & values fit of candidates with relevant assessment methods (screening calls, CBI, organizing tests, and conducting role-plays) • Meet SLAs, deadlines, and recruitment process stages • Maintain project documentation and analytics • Partner with the sourcing team to fill the funnel with the top talent • Engage in recruitment marketing activities and campaigns • Provide excellent candidate experience • Set up partnerships with business domains, engaging with talent communities • Manage hiring projects across the USA, LATAM, and EMEA
