• Oversee daily operations of the racking erection at the customer’s site. • Review drawings and prepare construction plans. • Review all project contracts before submitting to management. • Approve project plans. • Prepare RFQ’s and negotiate with subcontractors in regards to the work to be done. • Coordinate internal and external resources and needs among the subcontractors and the customer. • Monitor material flow and delivery planning. • Verify deliveries and report discrepancies to logistics, engineering, and Area Manager. • Coordinate subcontractors and internal personnel resources. • Assign tasks and schedules to ensure proper coverage and milestone accomplishment. • Enforce policies and procedures with personnel, focusing especially on safety and quality. • Address safety concerns and mediate conflicts. • Coordinate training and professional development activities for employees. • Provide support to the contractors related to assembly methodology and drawing interpretation. • Provide feedback to the Area Manager related to job performance metrics of personnel on site. • Calculate, maintain, and adhere to the project’s budget. • Track and monitors project progress, adhering to prearranged standards. • Answer inquiries from potential project partners. • Prepare and submit weekly progress reports. • Verify the structural and robotic systems per topographic measurements.
