• Assist in maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for client-related matters. • Support the delivery of influencer marketing campaigns, production, creative, and community strategy services for your clientele. • Develop trusted relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders. • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. • Assist in communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. • Help identify new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. • Collaborate with Senior Account Managers, and Directors in negotiating and closing agreements. • Assist in forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g., quarterly performance and campaign performance reports). • Prepare reports on account status and provide regular updates to internal teams.
