• Develop and execute the overall transformation roadmap for AP automation in alignment with finance and enterprise digital strategy • Design and implement a structured change management plan that ensures successful adoption of AP automation tools across the customer organization. • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and documentation tailored for AP team members and their varying levels of digital fluency. • Establish a feedback loop with AP staff to continuously gather input, monitor sentiment, and adjust rollout plans accordingly. • Drive cultural adoption of AI automation and digital tools, reinforcing behaviors that support long-term transformation goals. • Providing reports to show the value AppZen is providing along with ROI. • Real ownership of your projects and real influence in our Customer Success organization. • Must be able to travel to customer locations as needed.
