Job Requirements

Have 3+ years of experience in **product marketing or product operations**, ideally within SaaS.
Are skilled at **translating technical features into clear, customer-friendly benefits**.
Have experience producing marketing collateral — from launch emails and social posts to landing pages and in-app messaging.
Are organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep a **public roadmap and knowledge base** polished and up to date.
Have a knack for storytelling and understand how to position products in a way that resonates with customers.
Are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, customer success) and working in a **contract / flexible capacity**.
Bonus points if you’ve worked in B2B SaaS, especially in a customer-centric or niche vertical market.
