• Build complex data models and conduct complex data analysis in support of research projects. • Coordinate data and data analysis activities across multiple studies. • Lead a specific gene-environment interaction analytic project for the GEARS autism center of excellence. • Develop, manage, and maintain a database of survey data from a multi-site study. • Develop standard operating procedures for initial data entry and data updates. • Oversee quality control procedures for the database and ongoing analysis. • Develop data models and conduct statistical analyses of data collected to support empirical study. • Build transmission models and create software tools across diverse programming languages to support research efforts.
