Job Description

• Overseeing all efforts related to prior authorization for medications • Manages and oversees medication access and affordability services • Recruits, hires, trains, and develops team members • Provides ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance management for staff • Establishes, monitors, and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) • Serves as a liaison between internal leadership and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience working with healthcare providers on strategic and operational initiatives
  • State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration obtained within 6 months of hire
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and client relationship skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
