Job Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for AutoNation dealerships located in Southern Texas, delivering consistent support and guidance to ensure alignment, enhance collaboration, and maximize performance. • Initiate and build relationships with dealership personnel, including General Managers, Finance Managers, Sales Department, and Business Office. • Actively support dealers through daily interactions and hands-on guidance, with a focus on reinforcing processes, answering questions, and providing additional training if necessary. • Assist dealers in navigating the funding process by acting as a liaison between AutoNation Finance and AutoNation dealerships and ensuring dealers have the necessary information to move deals forward. • Champion growth by achieving key performance metrics, including unit goals and deal volume.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of sales experience in automotive industry
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent follow-through and organization
  • Confident, professional presentation skills
  • True desire to give outstanding customer service
  • High energy and a positive, “can do” attitude
  • Results focused with a competitive drive
  • Working knowledge of MS office software (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams)
