Job Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B product or services marketing experience, ideally in professional services, L&D, or workforce solutions.
- 5+ years of experience leading marketing teams and driving performance.
- Proven ability to simplify complex offerings into clear, compelling messaging that influences enterprise buyers.
- Experience launching products, developing go-to-market strategies, and creating sales enablement programs.
- Strong strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to create messaging that drives impact.
- Familiarity with AI-powered products, ABM, analyst relations, or vertical marketing is a plus.
- MBA or advanced degree is a bonus.
