Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, related field, or equivalent experience; master’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience
- Certification in at least one of the following applications: EHR Maintenance and Install: Resolute PB, Resolute Hospital Billing, Compass Rose, or Cogito
- 6+ years of progressively professional experience in business service area, in a healthcare and/or IT setting required
- Experience working with Epic in both inpatient and outpatient settings, preferred
- Experience with OCHIN Epic, preferred
- Experience leading Change Control and Design Review processes, required
- Experience with JIRA, preferred
- Experience leading a team of technically-skilled Epic application experts preferred
- Ability to configure and develop Epic features and enhancements is highly desired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management system preferred
- Ability to travel may be required based off business needs.
- COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement: proof of full vaccination or receive approval for a medical or religious exemption before their hire date
