Job Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer. • Source and engage active and passive candidates. • Screen for technical qualifications and cultural alignment. • Partner closely with hiring leaders on role clarity and hiring decisions. • Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with fair hiring standards. • Support smooth onboarding transitions in partnership with HR. • Represent EEI at recruiting events and career fairs as needed.

Job Requirements

3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical or engineering environments
Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with ATS platforms and fair hiring practices
Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
