Job Description
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets, with a specific focus on retirement solutions and wealth management.
• Identify and engage potential enterprise clients within the wealth management, retirement plan, banking, and financial advisory industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, compliance officers, technology leaders, and retirement product heads.
• Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand client needs, particularly around retirement compliance and plan governance, and position InvestorCOM’s solutions effectively.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings related to both wealth management and retirement solutions, positioning InvestorCOM as a trusted thought leader.
• Represent InvestorCOM at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in wealth management, retirement solutions, fintech, or SaaS.
- Experience working in the US wealth industry.
- Knowledge of wealth industry regulations within the US.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a complex, solution-based selling environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance solutions, retirement plan distribution/administration, and broader wealth management industry trends.
- Established network within retirement plan providers, recordkeepers, broker-dealers, or related financial institutions is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with HubSpot, LinkedIn and other sales automation applications.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
