• Develop and execute global and regional PR strategies for Plaud Consumer, Business, and Developer sectors; Identify key narratives to position Plaud as a pioneer in AI-driven productivity; Coordinate launches, thought leadership campaigns, and brand moments across major markets. • Build and manage relationships with tier-1 tech, business, and vertical media; Secure consistent, high-quality coverage across earned media channels; Act as day-to-day contact for press inquiries, briefings, and interviews. • Draft press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, op-eds, and bylines; Ensure message consistency across external channels; Collaborate with product, legal, and marketing teams to develop PR-ready narratives. • Support media strategies for product launches, global conferences, and press events; Prepare spokespeople with media training and talking points; Manage sentiment. • Track PR performance and coverage using relevant tools; Analyze campaign impact and iterate based on insights; Maintain and grow a database of press contacts, coverage reports, and benchmarks.
