• Manages all chargemaster activities performed by staff across all Ensemble clients. • Responsible for performance and effectiveness of the department. • Implementing short and long-term plans and objectives to ensure timely resolution of CDM requests and CDM owned edits in various HIS. • Ensures compliant charge capture practices, claims timely filing, & reducing denials. • Works with all departments within the Revenue Cycle to manage DNFB. • Collaborates with clinical departments on accurate and efficient charge capture processes. • Prepares monthly analytics reports as requested by management.
