• Design, build, and maintain Laserfiche Workflows, Business Processes, and eForms to improve efficiency. • Configure process logic, routing rules, and automation tasks in Workflow Designer. • Integrate Laserfiche with external systems and databases using lookups, web services, or custom scripts. • Test, debug, and deploy workflows ensuring compliance with business and security standards. • Configure and maintain templates, metadata, and folder structures for document management. • Manage folder-level security, permissions, and retention policies to ensure compliance. • Set up database lookups, field rules, and form logic for data validation and automation. • Troubleshoot and resolve workflow or automation issues. • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Laserfiche solutions. • Document workflows, data mappings, and configuration changes for internal reference. • Train and support end users on workflows, forms, and repository use. • Monitor performance and recommend process optimizations. • Stay updated on new Laserfiche features, modules, and best practices. • Evaluate and implement new modules or third-party integrations.
