Job Description
• Own and close new business in US Markets for Bito’s AI Code Review and Architect Agents
• Design and execute sales strategies to penetrate software-driven companies
• Drive outbound pipeline across enterprise and mid-market dev teams
• Collaborate with marketing and partnerships for lead generation and events
• Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, demos, pilots, negotiation, close
• Partner with product and engineering to deliver feedback from the field
• Help build our go-to-market motion: CRM, pipeline hygiene, forecasting
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in developer tools, SaaS, or GenAI
- Deep curiosity about AI and the future of software engineering
- Ability to communicate technical value clearly to both developers and execs
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles with technical buyers
- Self-starter who thrives in early-stage ambiguity and wears multiple hats
- Strong written and verbal communication with follow-through
- Preferred candidates have some engineering background and experience selling developer tools.
