• Lead the end-to-end product development process, shaping a roadmap that aligns with user needs and business objectives, and driving initiatives across discovery, prioritization, development, and distribution. • Build a deep understanding of user requirements and market opportunities, developing user-centric products by partnering with internal teams to define and refine feature requirements. • Work closely with design, engineering, data science, and program management, co-creating and iterating on product features based on feedback from customer-facing teams and users. • Be hands-on with prototypes and data, using insights and storyboards to inform and enhance product requirements. Continuously monitor product usage to guide improvements that meet user expectations and business needs. • Align cross-functional teams and ensure smooth product development, effectively communicating progress, learnings, and plans across different levels and departments of the organization. • Ensure that all product launches meet the highest quality standards expected by enterprise partners, collaborating with customer success, sales, and enablement teams to drive product adoption.
