Job Description

• Develop and implement a PMO strategy aligned with IT consulting delivery models and client expectations. • Lead a team of project and program managers delivering enterprise IT solutions (e.g., cloud migration, ERP implementations, cybersecurity, digital transformation). • Define and enforce PMO governance, delivery standards, and scalable methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). • Manage a portfolio of complex, multi-phase IT consulting projects across industries such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and government. • Monitor project health, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce time-to-value.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with 5+ years in a PMO leadership role within a consulting or professional services environment.
Proven success in leading enterprise IT projects and building PMO capabilities.
Strong understanding of IT delivery models, systems integration, and client engagement.
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications strongly preferred.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet).
