• Lead the visual development and refinement of design systems, signage, and brand applications. • Ensure all design work meets the client’s taste, quality standards, and brand guidelines. • Partner closely with Creative Director to take concepts through production-ready execution. • Oversee a small team of designers and coordinate with the Design Manager for alignment and delivery. • Provide fast, clear creative feedback and establish QA processes to maintain a high design standard. • Maintain efficient organization, spec handoffs, and version control across files.
