Job Description
• Collaborate in a multi-vendor Agile environment with IRS personnel
• Modernize and streamline IRS business processes and case management
• Design, construct, and test Pega applications
• Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency
• Facilitate design sessions and use a data-led approach for assessments
• Engage stakeholders to identify impacts and dependencies
• Develop prototypes and create process flows for current and future states
Job Requirements
- 6+ years in Pega development
- Agile proficiency
- Case management expertise
- Strong skills in requirements elaboration, troubleshooting, and data insights
- Knowledge of scaled Agile practices for large implementations
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) or higher
