Job Description
• Seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 5-7 years of experience
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud applications, building Integrations, Fast Formulas, and loading data
• Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users
• Deliver effective solutions that enhance the overall HR processes
• Provide advanced technical expertise, solution architecture, and leadership in the design, development, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud technical components
• Ensure complex technical solutions are built efficiently, scalable, and align with overall business and integration strategy
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- At least 2/3 Oracle implementation experience
- Worked in Fast formulas in OTL, Absence, and Payroll modules
- Should have delivered integrations/ reports using HCM extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI
- Done data migrations using HDL (HCM data loader) also understanding of the other tools like HSDL is a plus
- Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OIC) and REST-based APIs is a plus
- Knowledge of PaaS Extensions (VBCS, PCS, etc.) is a plus
