• As a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert with deep experience in regulatory compliance and Integrated Risk Management (IRM), you will devise strategies, design, implement, and optimize IRM solutions for clients using the ServiceNow Platform. • Translate complex operational, compliance, and risk management needs into integrated ServiceNow IRM and related solutions to address client requirements. • Lead and design ServiceNow platform IRM solutions, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Business Continuity Management modules. • Configure and extend ServiceNow IRM solution components to automate compliance workflows, regulatory reporting, control monitoring, and risk assessments. • Provide technical guidance on ServiceNow IRM best practices and advise on regulatory compliance use cases within enterprise risk operations. • Design risk and compliance monitoring and reporting capabilities within ServiceNow to support regulatory metrics, control effectiveness, and audit readiness. • Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to understand regulatory obligations and integrate them into IRM workflows.
