Job Description

• Confidently manage our HubSpot CRM; design and implement sophisticated workflows to enhance business efficiency company-wide. • Regularly interface with Data, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to gather requirements and develop CRM-based technical solutions. • Enhance sales strategies and decision making through CRM data analysis and quality improvement initiatives. • Identify and implement process improvements across the operational stack, leveraging CRM and iPaaS to deliver streamlined solutions. • Lead projects focused on the implementation, integration, and optimization of CRM systems, tracking progress from initiation to completion to ensure timely and successful delivery. • Support user enablement of CRM processes and changes through direct support, training-the-trainer, and documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of two years experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on CRM systems, their data models, and related Sales and Marketing business processes.
  • Proficiency in building and optimizing complex, technical HubSpot workflows, processes, and reports.
  • Savviness with Excel/Google Sheets in efficiently manipulating and analyzing large data sets.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and quantitative skill set, with superior attention to detail and an ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven success in collaborating with diverse teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of APIs and JSON data structures.
