• Own the level-funded technical product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap • Drive accountability to the end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap • Ensure product teams translate the roadmap into clear, actionable requirements • Manage successful delivery of the product roadmap • Conduct build / buy / partner assessments • In partnership with engineering, assess and evaluate capacity and capabilities • Secure and advocate for the resources necessary to execute • Lead and scale the Comfort product management function • Foster a high-performance culture grounded in strategic thinking • Guide product leaders in applying best practices for discovery • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams • Champion a shared understanding of product goals
