Job Requirements
- Speak and write Albanian & English fluently
- Pass background check
- Pass the Property & Casualty insurance state licensing test and obtain license; must be US based and eligible to work in the US
- Sales Aptitude & Skills (communication, persuasion, prospecting, outbound calling, negotiation and closing)
- PC Skills including MS Office; technology-oriented attitude is a must
- Higher education is a plus
- Proactive team member, effective collaborator
- Ability to organize tasks, manage time, be results-driven and work to tight deadlines
