• Manage the entire recruitment process through Zoho Recruit. • Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct HR interviews. • Coordinate interview schedules with the recruitment team and hiring managers. • Manage employee surveys, feedback forms, and performance appraisals. • Encourage and ensure all team members use Team Logger for time tracking. • Maintain and update employee and candidate data accurately. • Assist in improving HR processes and maintaining smooth communication within the team.
