Job Description
• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Innovaccer’s Automated Denials and Appeal Management solutions.
• Leverage deep back office RCM domain knowledge to design impactful product features.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and clinical teams to translate business and user needs into scalable product solutions.
• Work with customers, RCM operations teams, and sales to gather feedback, validate product-market fit, and ensure successful adoption.
• Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to support product positioning, value propositions, and enablement.
• Define key product KPIs and track product performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate customer-facing initiatives, including workshops and executive briefings, to showcase product capabilities and roadmap alignment.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management
- 5+ years experience of billing, denials and appeals management product, back office operations or consulting.
- Subject matter expertise of billing, denial and appeals content and processes
- Familiarity with data models, workflows of Epic, Cerner and other leading EHRs
- Demonstrated knowledge of interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR
- Proven success in building and scaling enterprise healthcare products.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across engineering, operations, sales, and executive leadership.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or equivalent is preferred.
