Job Description
• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage appointments, consultations, and depositions for the sales and legal teams, ensuring calendar accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Maintain and regularly update the CRM system with detailed client information, interactions, follow-up actions, and lead status.
• Prepare and provide supporting materials for sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to assist in client meetings and negotiations.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, answer questions, and secure appointments.
• Support end-to-end sales activities when required, including prospecting, presenting services, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, operations, and management, to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.
• Monitor sales and appointment metrics, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to improve overall sales performance and client engagement.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales support, appointment setting, or customer service, ideally in legal, deposition, or litigation-related industries.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients, leads, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments, follow-ups, and tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other data management tools to ensure accurate recording of client interactions and lead tracking.
- Ability to actively support the full sales process, including lead generation, client engagement, service presentations, and deal closing.
- High attention to detail in preparing proposals, quotes, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive or confidential client and case information appropriately.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently while supporting the broader team objectives and revenue targets.
