• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Applications, Software, Cloud services, and IT consulting • Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities • Lead RFP/RFI processes and vendor selection • Build and maintain strong relationships with key IT vendors and service providers • Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations • Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic negotiations and alternative sourcing • Ensure sourcing activities comply with internal policies and external regulations • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with business needs
