Job Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP functional modules such as QM and Manufacturing Execution System (MES). • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend SAP-based solutions to meet organizational objectives. • Configure and customize SAP systems to align with business requirements and industry best practices. • Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements and integrations. • Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective utilization of SAP tools. • Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to resolve issues and defects to ensure optimal system performance and then report out Root Cause determination. • Document functional specifications, process flows, and system configurations to maintain up-to-date records. • Stay current with SAP advancements and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions. • Support project management activities, including scoping/level of estimate, change control processes, and deliverable tracking for SAP-related projects. • Available to support off-shift system support. • Support application upgrades.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science and Technology, or a STEM related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree with 8 years of professional experience with SAP functional analysis and configuration.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and their integration points.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Expert troubleshooting techniques and ability to escalate issues properly and in a timely fashion.
